Synthesis of hollow nanosphere Sb2Te3 via a thermal evaporation process

► The hollow nanosphere antimony telluride was firstly fabricated. ► The average size of nano-Sb2Te3 is about 50-80 nm. ► The precipitation of Te from Sb2Te3 was observed in Raman spectra. ► The NaCl drops acted as absorption substrates for Sb2Te3 molecules.
