Preparation of α-SnWO4/SnO2 heterostructure with enhanced visible-light-driven photocatalytic activity

SnO2-hybridized α-SnWO4 nanocomposites were prepared and they exhibited favorable photocatalytic activity for the degradation of MO under visible light irradiation. A detailed photocatalytic mechanism based on heterostructure was given.
