Studies of photo-induced charge transfer properties of ZnWO4 photocatalyst

▶ ZnWO4 nanorods are supposed to take on the character of n-type semiconductor. ▶ Surface states affect the increasing SPV response intensity and the red shift. ▶ Surface states make charge transport and recombination retardation. ▶ ZnWO4 (413 K) possesses the most abundant surface states and the best photocatalytic activity.
