Facile synthesis and characterization of SnTe films

► SnTe films are deposited on glass substrate at room temperature and ambient pressure. ► The SnTe films were prepared by a chemical bath method. ► The film deposited using polyethyleneglycol as the surfactant is smooth and dense.
