Organic molecules passivated Mn doped Zinc Selenide quantum dots and its properties

► Mn doped ZnSe quantum dots have been synthesized by chemical route using N-Methylaniline as an organic ligand. ► Incorporation of Mn into ZnSe quantum dots and its influence on the optical properties of ZnSe have been studied. ► Thermal stability of the ZnSe quantum dots is really excellent and it is highly suitable for opto-electronics applications.
