Mechanical characteristics of Fe-based coating obtained by nanoindentation

▶ AFM combined with O&P method was put forward to investigate materials of pile-up. ▶ Properties obtained by G&S and new proposed methods showed the same distribution. ▶ Both hardness and elastic modulus showed certain surface roughness dependence. ▶ Elastic modulus obtained by AFM combined with O&P method was insensitive to RMS.
