Surface characterization of industrial flexible polyvinyl(chloride) films

- Surface properties of industrial PVC flooring films were investigated.
- The surface is rich in molecules issuing from the plasticizers.
- The contact angle of water droplet indicated that some surfactant-type molecules were extracted.
- The migration kinetic of plasticizers is very high during the production.
