A threshold of Vo+/Vo++ to room temperature ferromagnetism of hydrogenated Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles

► Mn doped ZnO nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method. ► And the doped nanoparticles exhibit obvious ferromagnetism after hydrogenating. ► With the Mn ions concentration increasing, the magnetization of the hydrogenated Zn1−xMnxO increased. ► Analysed photoluminescence spectra showed the relationship between charged Vo defects and magnetization. ► We used bound-magnetic-polarons model and long-rang interaction theory explained our results.
