Room temperature magnetic properties of Fe and C implanted ZnO films

► RT ferromagnetism was observed in all ZnO films treated differently. ► Fe or C ion implantation induces slight decrease of the magnetism. ► Sequential implantation of Fe and C into ZnO film increases the magnetic moment. ► Effect of magnetic enhancement has been tentatively interpreted.
