Oxygen adsorption on the surface of In2O3 and β-(Ga0.8In0.2)2O3 mixed oxides porous structure

The paper is devoted to the oxygen sensing properties of In1.2Ga0.8Se3 own oxide. The results are compared with theoretical adsorption kinetics. Temperature and time dependences of adsorption mechanisms are discussed.
