چکیده انگلیسی

- Effect of low-temperature MAS experiments on a membrane protein is investigated.
- Sensitivity is significantly enhanced but the resolution is decreased at 100 K.
- Variation of spin-lattice relaxation (T1) with temperature is reported.
- T1 values are significantly reduced using a small amount of Cu2+-chelated lipid.
- 2D RFDR spectrum of a uniformly 13C & 15N-labeled cytochrome-b5 is presented.
