Dissolution DNP-NMR spectroscopy using galvinoxyl as a polarizing agent

► Galvinoxyl was tested in 13C and 15N dissolution dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) NMR. ► Several-thousand-fold 13C and 15N NMR signal enhancements were achieved. ► The water-insoluble galvinoxyl can be filtered off from aqueous dissolution liquids.
