Resolving overlaps in diffusion encoded spectra using band-selective pulses in a 3D BEST-DOSY experiment

► Novel diffusion-edited 3D DOSY heteronuclear experiment incorporates a BEST-HMQC element in the pulse sequence. ► Implemented on mixtures to obtain diffusion coefficients of individual components. ► Good S/N ratio, resolution overlap and significantly less experimental times are the hallmarks of this experiment. ► Application on mixture of commercial gasoline and on model systems is described.
