STM/STS investigation of edge structure in epitaxial graphene

► We investigate the edges of epitaxial graphene on 6H-SiC (0001) using STM/STS. ► Both zigzag and armchair edges are resolved in a 150° edge corner. ► The graphene layer exhibits one-dimensional ridge in the vicinity to step edge.
