0.7Ba0.9Ca0.1TiO3â0.3Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xLiBa2Nb5O15 ceramics were prepared by solid state route. X-ray diffraction results reveal that the phase structure of the samples gradually transform from tetragonal to pseudo-cubic symmetry with the increasing content of LiBa2Nb5O15. The investigation found that the moderate doping of LiBa2Nb5O15 in 0.7Ba0.9Ca0.1TiO3â0.3Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 ceramic can decrease its phase transition temperature, broaden its dielectric peak and enhance its relaxor behavior. The dielectric temperature stability of 0.7Ba0.9Ca0.1TiO3-0.3Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 ceramic was improved effectively with the increasing content of LiBa2Nb5O15. It was found that the x=0.005 sample has an operational temperature range from 4.3 °C to 145.6 °C. The maximum polarization, remanent polarization and coercive electric field of the samples gradually decreased and the P-E hysteresis gradually became slim. The sample with x=0.006 show a maximum energy storage density of 1.06 J/cm3.
