0.7Ba0.9Ca0.1TiO3−0.3Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xLiBa2Nb5O15 ceramics were prepared by solid state route. X-ray diffraction results reveal that the phase structure of the samples gradually transform from tetragonal to pseudo-cubic symmetry with the increasing content of LiBa2Nb5O15. The investigation found that the moderate doping of LiBa2Nb5O15 in 0.7Ba0.9Ca0.1TiO3−0.3Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 ceramic can decrease its phase transition temperature, broaden its dielectric peak and enhance its relaxor behavior. The dielectric temperature stability of 0.7Ba0.9Ca0.1TiO3-0.3Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 ceramic was improved effectively with the increasing content of LiBa2Nb5O15. It was found that the x=0.005 sample has an operational temperature range from 4.3 °C to 145.6 °C. The maximum polarization, remanent polarization and coercive electric field of the samples gradually decreased and the P-E hysteresis gradually became slim. The sample with x=0.006 show a maximum energy storage density of 1.06 J/cm3.
