Patient reported outcomes of autologous fat grafting after breast cancer surgery

Autologous fat grafting was associated with improved patient satisfaction despite small volumes transferred. BREAST-Q scores were comparable with previously published series on reconstructive breast surgery. Perceived change after AFG was no different in patients receiving radiotherapy.
