Impact of chromogranin A, differentiation, and mitoses in nonfunctional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors ≤ 2 cm

Poorly differentiated disease should be considered an indicator of worse prognosis in nonfunctional PNETs ≤2 cm. Surgical resection appears to improve survival in these patients.
