Preparation of stir cake sorptive extraction based on poly(4-vinylbenzoic acid-divinylbenzene) monolith and its application in sensitive determination of β-agonists in milk and swine urine samples

- A new poly(4-vinylbenzoic acid-divinylbenzene) monolith was first prepared.
- The porous monolith was used as sorbent of stir cake sorptive extraction.
- The new sorbent could extract β-agonists effectively by multiple interactions.
