Development of a multi-residue enantiomeric analysis method for 9 pesticides in soil and water by chiral liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry

► 9 chiral pesticides were simultaneous enantiomeric determined by chiral LC-MS/MS. ► A gradient elution program was first optimized and employed for the chiral separation. ► MS conditions were optimized to make the simultaneous quantification the analytes. ► Some of the pesticides enantiomers were firstly separated under reversed conditions.
