Effects of DEHP on endometrial receptivity and embryo implantation in pregnant mice

► The influence of DEHP on female mouse reproduction was investigated. ► DEHP reduces endometrial receptivity and number of implantation sites. ► DEHP disrupts expression of ERα, PR and E-cadherin in endometrium. ► DEHP changes E-cadherin levels through the MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways. ► Effective protective measures should be taken against DEHP hazards to reproduction.
