Structure of Heegaard splitting of self-amalgamated 3-manifold

In this paper, we show the uniqueness of unstabilized Heegaard splitting of self-amalgamated 3-manifold. Also, we give an application of Gordon's Conjecture proved by Qiu and Scharlemann in Theorem 6.
