► A portable device has been developed to cleanly burn excess field propellants. ► The device is transportable to training sites and can be used in field training. ► Consumption rate of energetics exceeds 99.9%. ► Most of the heavy metals (lead) recovered are contained within the pan. ► Up to 120 kg of charges have been burned with a 15-min turnaround time.
