Low frequency US and UV-A assisted Fenton oxidation of simulated dyehouse wastewater

► TOC content was reduced for 43% in the simulated dyehouse wastewater by the US and UV-A assisted Fenton oxidation. ► The pseudo-catalytic effect of LAS-C12 was observed. ► A two-step optimization leading to the single optimal point for two advanced oxidation processes studied in comparison was presented.
