چکیده انگلیسی
► Androstenone disliking was lower in United Kingdom than in Spain and France. ► There are divergences in acceptability of boar meat among countries. ► Boar meat with low androstenone levels was accepted similar that of gilt meat. ► Between 14 and 41% of consumers may reject tainted meat due to androstenone sensitivity.
