Quetiapine ameliorates stress-induced cognitive inflexibility in rats

► Repeated restraint stress impaired rats' set-shifting ability. ► This deficit was prevented by pretreatment with quetiapine or prazosin. ► Quetiapine also reversed the existing impairment of cognitive flexibility. ► Quetiapine enhanced the procognitive efficacy of escitalopram.
