Donepezil reduces cognitive impairment associated with anti-cancer drugs in a mouse model

► Anti-cancer drugs (methotrexate + 5-fluouracil) caused cognitive impairment in mice. ► Drugs affected hippocampal memory and executive function under frontal-lobe control. ► Both types of cognitive impairment significantly reduced by donepezil treatment.
