Effect of ΔFosB overexpression on opioid and cannabinoid receptor-mediated signaling in the nucleus accumbens

► MOR signaling is enhanced in the nucleus accumbens of mice that express ΔFosB. ► KOR inhibition of adenylyl cyclase is also enhanced in mice expressing ΔFosB. ► Expression of ΔFosB does not alter CB1R signaling in the nucleus accumbens.
