چکیده انگلیسی
⺠A fast, simple and economical analytical method to detect DBP in vivo was developed. ⺠DBP was determined by two novel approaches with a MAb specific to DBP in rats. ⺠IMF provides with a visual approach to detect distribution and content of DBP. ⺠The accumulations of DBP through dermal exposure were less than that of oral route. ⺠Most of DBP was metabolized in 2 or 3 days.
