Fisetin prevents fluoride- and dexamethasone-induced oxidative damage in osteoblast and hippocampal cells

► Co-exposition to fluoride and dexamethasone enhanced oxidative/nitrosative stress. ► Cytotoxic effects were observed in osteoblast-like and hippocampal cell line. ► Role of H2O2 and NO in cytotoxicity of these xenobiotics was evaluated. ► Fisetin protects against oxidative damages in both cell lines.
