Effect of garlic on liver phosphatidate phosphohydrolase and plasma lipid levels in hyperlipidemic rats

► The garlic supplementation reduces liver PAP activity and liver triglyceride. ► It also lowers plasma lipid levels, especially TC and TG in hyperlipidemic rates. ► Garlic decreases oxidative stress in rats fed on high lipogenic and normal diet.
