Anti-androgen effects of the pyrethroid pesticide cypermethrin on interactions of androgen receptor with corepressors

In the mammalian two-hybrid assay, cypermethrin enhanced the AR-SRMT interaction, as well as the AR-NCoR interaction, and the significant enhancement was detected at the concentration of 10−5 M.
