Involvement of DNA polymerase beta overexpression in the malignant transformation induced by benzo[a]pyrene

- Enhanced genetic instability was found in pol β-T cells compared with pol β cells.
- Protein and mRNA expression in pol β-T cells were 2.1- and 2.8-fold of pol β cells.
