RésuméIntroductionL'étude, réalisée sur des patients gravement brûlés, consistait à étudier la corrélation entre l'évolution de l'indépendance et l'état psychologique.MéthodePlusieurs tests ont été effectués ; une évaluation de l'indépendance par le patient puis par le thérapeute, ainsi qu'une évaluation du niveau d'anxiété et de dépression.RésultatsLes résultats ont indiqué une augmentation de l'indépendance, constatée par les thérapeutes et les patients, avec toutefois des écarts entre les évaluations, notamment une surestimation de leurs capacités par les patients. Les mesures du niveau d'anxiété ont montré qu'il augmentait au cours du séjour.DiscussionCette étude a mis en évidence une appréciation différenciée du niveau d'indépendance et d'anxiété entre patients et thérapeutes.
