RelB/p50 regulates TNF production in LPS-stimulated dendritic cells and macrophages

► RelB and p50 role on cytokine production by human DCs and macrophages is studied. ► RelB/p50 inhibits the production of TNF in LPS-stimulated DCs and macrophages. ► p50/p50 is not involved in TNF regulation in LPS-stimulated DCs and macrophages. ► p50/p50 induces IL10 production in macrophages treated with LPS, but not in DCs.
