⺠CCL2/CCR2 stimulates cell migration via PKC and the phosphorylation of paxillin. ⺠High level of CCL2 is observed in high-grade bladder cancer cells. ⺠Blocking CCL2/CCR2 pathway decreases migration in high-grade bladder cancer cells.
