A genome-wide analysis of lentivector integration sites using targeted sequence capture and next generation sequencing technology

► Targeted sequence capture technology can be applied to the capture of lentiviral vector integration sites. ► Lentiviral-transduced DNA does not have the same preferred regions in the different cell lines belonging to human. ► A total number of 203 integration sites were totally distant from the CpG islands and from the transcription start sites.
