Association of Mycobacterium tuberculosis genotypes and clinical and epidemiological features - A multi-center study in Taiwan

► Genotype polymorphism of Tuberculosis in Taiwan had geographic diversity. ► A cluster of Beijing strain MTB was correlated to cavities on chest radiographs. ► The dynamic change of MTB genotype was presented but it should be in caution by using 12-loci-MIRU-VNTR in different regions.
