Facile preparation of biphasic-induced magnetic icariin-loaded composite microcapsules by automated in situ click technology

In the formation process of the biphasic-induced magnetic composite microcapsules, the inorganic Fe3O4 MNP and nHA were in situ crystallized simultaneously by one-step process, which impeded the movability of the CS polymer chains, improved loading of ICA and sustained release behavior.
