Natural polysaccharides promote chondrocyte adhesion and proliferation on magnetic nanoparticle/PVA composite hydrogels

- We fabricate polysaccharides/magnetic nanoparticles/PVA composite hydrogels.
- The nanocomposite hydrogels showed promoted chondrocyte adhesion and growth.
- Nanoparticles and polysaccharides provided synergistic promotion to cell growth.
