Development of pH-responsive poly(γ-cyclodextrin) derivative nanoparticles

- The nanoparticles composed of poly(γ-cyclodextrin) conjugated with 3-diethylaminopropyl (DEAP) group were fabricated.
- The nanoparticles increased the release of the encapsulated DOX content at pH 6.0.
- The nanoparticles allow the encapsulation of multiple antitumor drugs into the nanoparticles.
