- Activity investigates against HepG2 and MCF-7 cancer cells, with ZnO-NPs (â¼13 ± 2 nm).
- The MTT revealed reduction (95% and 96%) of cancer cells with NPs at 25 μg/ml.
- The MTT data was also justified with flow cytometry data.
- RT-PCR validates exposure of NPs against cells and it was up and down-regulated.
- Antibacterial study was also performed with five pathogens.
