چکیده انگلیسی
- Nanospheres of PCL with sizes below 200nm were produced.
- PGA plays dual role in the synthesis i.e. as stabilizer but also as cryoprotective agent.
- The influence of PCL particles on viability of human hepatoma cell lines (HepG2), formation of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), as well as genotoxic responses was investigated.
- PCL particles obtained with 0.05%PGA are uniform, spherical and biocompatible.
