Fennel-like nanoaggregates based on polysaccharide derivatives and their application in drug delivery

- HEC-g-PPDO copolymers with different microstructures were synthesized.
- HEC-g-PPDO can self-assemble into nanoaggregates with complex morphologies in water.
- Drug encapsulation and release property of HEC-g-PPDO aggregates were studied.
