Cost-effectiveness analysis of pharmacogenetic-guided warfarin dosing in Thailand

Our finding suggests that PGx-guided warfarin dosing is unlikely to be a cost-effective intervention in Thailand. This evidence assists policy makers and clinicians in efficiently allocating scarce resources.
