Spectroscopic studies on interactions between cholesterol-end capped polyethylene glycol and liposome

► The liposome bilayer becomes more polar with addition of Chol-PEG-Chol. ► With high ratio of DODAB, liposome bilayer is easily affected by Chol-PEG-Chol. ► Liposome with cholesterol shows relatively high stability to Chol-PEG-Chol.
