Investigation of the redox property of a metalloprotein layer self-assembled on various chemical linkers

► We fabricated protein thin films with various chemical linkers. ► We measured variation of electrochemical property according to the linker length. ► The electron transfer of immobilized protein was affected by linking layer. ► The position and intensity of redox peaks were controlled by combination of linkers.
