The spatiospectral characterization of brain networks: Fusing concurrent EEG spectra and fMRI maps

► Group ICA is applied to EEG-fMRI and time courses are fused with deconvolution. ► A subset of alpha EEG sources demonstrate a negative relationship with fMRI. ► EEG is positively associated with fMRI from 1 to 5 Hz and from 31.5 to 35 Hz. ► The results demonstrate the spectral properties of intrinsic fMRI networks.
