A DTI tractography analysis of infralimbic and prelimbic connectivity in the mouse using high-throughput MRI

► We have demonstrated high-quality ex-vivo imaging of up to 6 mouse brains.. ► DTI based connectivity demonstrated unique infralimbic and prelimbic connectivity. ► Connectivity in the mouse was confirmed using BDA injection into mouse IL/PL. ► Results were compared to previous rat BDA-based connectivity study.
