Transient haemodynamic events in neurologically compromised infants: A simultaneous EEG and diffuse optical imaging study

► We present the first example of full montage neonatal EEG simultaneously with DOI. ► EEG-DOI used to study infants diagnosed with neonatal seizure. ► Observed a haemodynamic feature in brain-injured infants which is not present in controls.
