3D fiber tractography with susceptibility tensor imaging

► Whole-brain magnetic susceptibility tensor is calculated with regularization. ► Fiber orientation is identified by the eigenvectors of the susceptibility tensor. ► 3D fiber tracts are reconstructed with susceptibility tensor imaging. ► STI tractography is compared to DTI tractography with excellent agreement.
